The Group
The Group of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid is composed of sociologists and economic historians. Its members focus on the study of the labour market, education, social stratification and the role of effort in the reproduction of social inequality. They also have research interests related to migration, demographic transition, human capital and the welfare state.
